Deposit Limits

Once the limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets — regardless of how much money you have available. Limit reductions take effect immediately. A loss limit automatically pauses your ability to place further bets once your net losses in a given period reach the amount you have set. If you decide you are comfortable losing no more than Rs 5,000 in a week, set that limit and let the system enforce it — you will not have to rely on willpower in the middle of a losing streak. Session Time Limits

Set a maximum continuous session length — say 30 minutes or one hour — and GamPK will display an on-screen reminder when you reach it, giving you a natural pause point. You can also enable reality check alerts at regular intervals (every 15 or 30 minutes) that display a summary of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered since your session started. These reminders cannot be dismissed without acknowledging them.

Cooling-Off Period

A cooling-off period gives you a break from GamPK without committing to a full self-exclusion. You can pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or up to 30 days. During the cooling-off period your account is suspended — no deposits, no bets, no logins. Your balance is preserved and the account reopens automatically when the period expires, unless you contact GamPK to extend it.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion locks your GamPK account completely for a period you choose — from a minimum of six months up to five years, or permanently.
