GamPK Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to GamPK. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GamPK website at gampk.bet and all associated products and services, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, virtual sports, card games, and the Andar Bahar section. GamPK is operated as a licensed online betting and gaming platform designed and built specifically for the Pakistani market.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the GamPK platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with GamPK and confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use GamPK.

These Terms should be read alongside the GamPK Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and GamPK.

2. Eligibility

To use GamPK, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GamPK operates a strict minimum age policy and does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities based on your location and personal circumstances.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously excluded by GamPK.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not on behalf of a business, syndicate, or third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee or contractor of GamPK.

GamPK may require you to provide proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one GamPK account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where GamPK identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to the same person will be closed and any balances may be voided. The same rule applies to accounts shared between household members using the same device or network connection.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

When registering at GamPK, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information at registration — including a false name, false date of birth, or false contact details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your GamPK login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. GamPK will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact GamPK support immediately and change your password. GamPK is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your GamPK account at any time by contacting customer support. GamPK reserves the right to close any account that is in breach of these Terms, that has been inactive for an extended period, or where GamPK has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

GamPK accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — digital wallet
• SadaPay — digital wallet
• IBFT — interbank fund transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card

All deposits must be made from payment accounts and cards registered in your own name. GamPK does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If GamPK identifies a deposit from an account not matching the registered player's name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit at GamPK is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Players who have completed full identity verification may be eligible for higher deposit limits. Contact GamPK support for details specific to your account.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically credited to your GamPK balance within a few seconds to a maximum of five minutes. IBFT transfers may take up to one business hour depending on the sending bank. Card payments are typically instant. If a deposit has not reflected after the expected processing time, contact GamPK support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from GamPK, your account must be fully verified, your deposit must have cleared the minimum activity requirement (see Section 6 for bonus wagering requirements), and your withdrawal destination must match a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

GamPK aims to process all withdrawal requests within two to four hours during peak operating hours. In some cases, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals, additional verification checks may extend this to up to 24 hours. Withdrawals are paid via the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at GamPK is Rs 500. There is no minimum on the number of withdrawals per day, but GamPK reserves the right to batch multiple small withdrawal requests for processing efficiency.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

GamPK may request identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address before processing any withdrawal. These checks are carried out to protect the player and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in the withdrawal being held until verification is complete.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

GamPK offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL 2025. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of the offer.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New GamPK players are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus of up to Rs 50,000. To receive the welcome bonus, you must opt in during or immediately after your first deposit. The bonus is credited to your bonus balance and is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports bets typically contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, and live casino bets contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

All GamPK bonuses carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus and any winnings generated from it become available for withdrawal. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 1,00,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

GamPK operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using arbitrage or low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements; or using bonus funds in ways that exploit odds discrepancies. Where bonus abuse is identified, GamPK reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the account.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

GamPK reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events with obvious pricing errors, bets placed after an event has commenced (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market), and bets from accounts suspected of fraudulent activity. A bet is not confirmed until GamPK issues an explicit bet confirmation reference number.

7.2 In-Play Betting

GamPK offers live in-play betting on PSL matches and other selected sports events. In-play odds are updated continuously and GamPK cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the moment of bet placement will be the odds at which the bet is accepted. There may be a brief period between your submission and the bet being confirmed during which odds may change. If the odds change between submission and confirmation, GamPK will notify you of the new odds and you may accept or decline before the bet is placed.

7.3 Match Abandonment & Postponement

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before a result can be determined under the relevant sport's official rules, GamPK's standard settlement policy applies: all bets placed on affected markets will be voided and stakes returned in full. If a match is partially completed and an official result is declared under the relevant competition rules (for example, a DLS result in cricket), bets will be settled accordingly. 7.4 Bet Settlement

GamPK settles all bets as quickly as possible after a result is confirmed from the official source for the relevant competition. For PSL matches, settlement occurs within minutes of the final ball. For other markets, settlement times vary by event type and the availability of official results. In the event of a dispute about bet settlement, GamPK's records of the event outcome will be considered definitive.

7.5 Palpable Errors

Where GamPK identifies a clear and obvious error in odds pricing — known as a palpable error — we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. GamPK will notify affected players as quickly as possible in such cases.

8. Casino & Live Games

GamPK's casino section includes slots, live dealer table games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat), card games, and virtual sports. All casino games operate under the following rules:

• All slot and automated casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. GamPK cannot predict, influence, or adjust individual game outcomes.
• Live dealer games use physical cards dealt by real human dealers under HD cameras. The shuffle and deal process is verifiably authentic and cannot be manipulated by GamPK or any third party.
• Casino bets are subject to the specific game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of any technical fault during a live dealer game — including stream disconnection or dealing errors — the round may be declared void and stakes returned.
• Virtual sports outcomes are generated by RNG and are entirely independent of real-world sporting events or results.

GamPK's casino games are provided by third-party software suppliers. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, GamPK will consult the relevant game supplier's logs and records, which are considered definitive.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GamPK and will result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of all associated bets and bonuses, and potentially legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets that would not otherwise be available.
• Laundering money or using GamPK as part of any fraudulent financial scheme.
• Colluding with other players to guarantee outcomes in card games or live dealer sessions.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your location or identity in a way that misrepresents your eligibility to use GamPK.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening GamPK staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the GamPK platform without written authorisation.

10. Privacy & Data

GamPK collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the GamPK Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using GamPK, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, GamPK uses your personal data to: verify your identity; process deposits and withdrawals; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about your account, promotions, and platform updates. GamPK does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely and access is limited to authorised GamPK staff and essential third-party service providers (such as payment processors) under strict confidentiality obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

GamPK is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting GamPK support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose in a given period before betting is paused automatically.
• Session Timers: Receive automatic reminders after a set amount of continuous play time.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your own account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to permanent. During self-exclusion, no deposits, bets, or logins are possible. 12. Liability

12.1 Service Availability

GamPK makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party software outages, or circumstances beyond GamPK's control may result in temporary platform unavailability. GamPK is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, provided those interruptions are not caused by GamPK's deliberate negligence.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GamPK's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. GamPK is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

12.3 Your Responsibility

By using GamPK, you acknowledge that betting and gaming involve financial risk and that losses are possible. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make on the platform. GamPK does not provide betting advice, guaranteed returns, or any representation that any betting or gaming strategy will produce positive results.

13. Changes to Terms

GamPK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, GamPK will notify registered players via email and/or a platform notification with at least seven days advance notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of GamPK after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
